// LEGAL — COMMUNITY

GUIDELINES

How we expect people to behave in ORYX communities, feed, and voice.

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These Community Guidelines apply to boards, feed posts, community chat, voice rooms, avatars, covers, and other user-generated content on ORYX Core Development. They sit alongside our Terms of Use.

// 01 — SPIRIT

Spirit of the rules

Be lawful, be respectful, and don’t use ORYX to harm people or the platform. Community owners may set extra house rules; ORYX platform rules always override when they conflict.

// 02 — ILLEGAL CONTENT

Illegal & banned content

Do not post, share, link, or promote:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance.
  • Scams, phishing, malware, or instructions for crime.
  • Credible threats, doxxing, or violent extremism.
  • Stolen credentials, stolen payment data, or fraud tooling.
  • Content that clearly infringes someone else's intellectual property.

We may remove this content, ban accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with authorities where the law requires.

// 03 — RESPECT

Respect & harassment

  • No targeted harassment, hate speech, or sustained bullying.
  • No spam, flood, or deceptive engagement farming.
  • No impersonation of ORYX staff or other members to deceive.

// 04 — VOICE & MEDIA

Voice & media

  • Do not abuse voice rooms (earrape, raid tools, or forced joins).
  • Do not record or redistribute others' voice without a lawful basis / consent where required.
  • Upload only media you have the right to share; keep covers and images appropriate for a public 18+ community product.

Voice calls are encrypted in transit with our provider but are not end-to-end encrypted. See Privacy.

// 05 — YOUR CONTENT

Your content

You own what you create. By posting, you grant ORYX a license to host, display, moderate, remove, and back up that content to operate the service. You are responsible for it. Details: Terms — UGC.

// 06 — MODS & ORYX

Mods & platform override

Community owners and moderators may remove members or posts under their community rules. ORYX staff may override for platform safety, fraud, illegal content, or Terms / Guidelines breaches — including content the local mod team left up.

// 07 — REPORT

How to report

If you see illegal or abusive content, use the contact form on the ORYX site with links or screenshots where possible. In-app report tools may expand later; until then, contact is the official path.

// 08 — CONSEQUENCES

Consequences

  • Warning or content removal.
  • Feature or community restrictions.
  • Wallet freezes for fraud-related abuse.
  • Account suspension or termination.
  • Referral to law enforcement when legally required.

We do not promise to watch every post live. We act on notice and investigation as reasonably as we can. Enforcement details: Policies — Enforcement.
